Hillingdon Shaolin Kung Fu has two black belt instructors, Sifu Grahame Tinsley and Jameel Rahmaan. The senior instructor Sifu Tinsley is a 5th degree black belt with over 35 years of martial arts experience.
We are part of the Shaolin Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan kung fu system, which has centres across the UK, Europe and internationally. We employ traditional training methods which have been used for centuries to teach Kung Fu to Shaolin monks, alongside more modern methods to help our students learn self-defence techniques and improve their fitness. Our students experience a whole range of benefits from training, some physical and some mental. Some find that training boosts their self esteem, gives them confidence, helps them to focus and to practise self-discipline outside the training environment.

New students start as white belts and progress to yellow, green, blue, brown and black belt, subject to passing their respective syllabus requirements. We hold grading examinations in February, June and October. Syllabus requirements include handwork and kicking sequences, paired applications, forms and sparring.
